Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email of your order. We will further notify when your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

Yes, we do offer cash on delivery as a payment option. However, we do not over COD on customized orders.

No, we offer free shipping PAN India.

We make every effort to give you your preferred goods as soon as possible, which normally takes us 5-7 working days. However, if modifications are needed in the product, then it can take us upto 10 working days to fulfil the order.

Return, Refund and Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service
team. Please share your order number and reason for cancellation. Once we check
with our team, we can confirm if the order can be cancelled or not.

If you cancel your order before it ships, you will not be
charged any fees. In case of a customized order, you won’t be charged a fee if
the product has not gone into manufacturing.

Once you've submitted the return request, we'll arrange for the damaged product to be picked up, and we'll refund the full amount of your order without any additional cost.
